Featured Tracks: The Love Agenda – Peace in This World

The Love Agenda (Steven Webb) released their second EP “Turn” March 18. While each and every track is stellar, for the purposes of Featured Tracks, “Peace in This World” has been singled out as more than worthy of our (and your) attention. It is a bombastic tune that sounds like a cross between the Smithereens at their most rollicking and Isn’t Anything era My Bloody Valentine. Really, if this was released in 1988, it would be a hit. Listen, love it and then check out the whole EP, its easily worth the time.

“I wrote and performed everything..all guitars, bass, drums, piano and acoustic guitar… After the song was mixed, I turned to my friend/engineer and asked her “can we bring up the vocals?” Her response, “Nope, it’s done dude!” [I was like] “…ok!” – Steven Webb on  “Peace in This World”
